Every studio needs a mascot and here is our new studio mascot-Sunny, a 10 week old Golden Retriever. 
Sunny’s job is to provide a fun and relaxed environment
in the studio. The benefits of having a dog around the studio are many:
- -lower blood pressure
- -release of Oxytocin (the hormone that makes you feel happy)
- -release of endorphins (who needs a runner’s high when you have a dog:)
- -reduced anxiety and depression (creative types can be moody:)
- -making sure you take regular breaks (good for eyes and ears)
-comic relief (we all know how good a laugh is for you!)
